All Occasion Entertainment Services enjoys approximately an 80% to 85%
annual booking rate from direct referrals. This is the best compliment we
could ever receive. There are three reasons, we believe, for the high referral
rate we enjoy.
- 1) We will guarantee "the quality of the customer's experience"! Or, simply stated, when all is said and
done, no matter how long it's been after your event, everyone from your party as
they reflect will agree, "we had a great time"! No other
wedding professional can assume responsibility for how good a time you &
your guests have at your reception.
- 2) Our outline meeting.
Approximately three weeks before your big day we will sit down with the bride
& groom-to-be and discuss your special day. Together, we will
coordinate the flow & timing of the events to take place. As we review
and discuss the details you will be able to envision in your minds eye all of
the days events unfolding seamlessly. After discussing your music
interests as well, the end result is, we have gained your trust and won your
confidence that we will perform beyond your expectations.
- 3) Effective use of two qualified DJ's / MC's. Being a
good showman, alone, in front of an audience is what you expect. But
raising the level of interactive fun between two operators and the audience
is a very special bonus. As two qualified party hosts we have learned
from experience what the advantages for you can be. This idea serves
two purposes.
- a) Your MC is able to cater to the immediate needs of the bride &
groom and any situations as they arise. He will generally use the
time during dinner to coordinate details of your evening (toasts, cake
cut, bouquet & garter toss, etc.) with the other wedding
professionals (photographer, videographer, and banqueting
manager). This is extremely important for the proper flow of
activities that will transpire early on in the evening. All the
while, your DJ is making music selections, taking early requests, and
making subtle adjustments to volume levels.
- b) As the evening moves into dance & fun the utilization of the
second party host becomes even more apparent. Depending on your
interests and emphasis on fun; the second MC / party host is able to
react to situations in the room and on the dance floor. We call
this "reading the crowd". After all, isn't that what you
pay your entertainment to do? Know what to do, when to do it, and
how to maximize a response from the crowd when it
happens! He may decide at that crucial moment that the
dance floor group needs a little help figuring out the steps to that
line dance song playing. While using the wireless mic to successfully help
guide the audience with the dance steps thru that
last song, your DJ at the console has qued up and just started playing
the next party crowd favorite song. Your MC / party host on the
dance floor is ready and whips out the limbo pole from his pocket.
Yes, believe it! We can pull a limbo pole out of our
pockets. Trade secret. ☺ This is just an example but there
are many many more situations that can happen where a second operator
has helped hold the fun together.
