Listed below is a general outline of formalities for a typical wedding reception.  We will discuss all these items and more at your consultation.  Your day is unique and may vary greatly from this format. J

Guests arrival time (So we can determine our arrival and readiness before guests arrive)

Cocktail or background music (classical, jazz, adult contemporary, light classic rock, swing,)

Grand Entrance and Introductions (music to be played, order & pronunciations of the bridal party)

Dinner (buffet vs. sit down, do we release the tables?)

Toasts (who is doing them & when, who is pouring champagne?)

Video Presentations / Special Announcements

Cake Cutting (special song or dedication)

Bouquet & Garter Songs

Garter catcher puts garter back on the leg of Bouquet catcher?

First Dance

Father Daughter Dance

Mother Son Dance

Bridal Party Dance

Other Family Dances or reorganization or presentation to oldest married couple in the room?

Music to be played after the formalities (Are their specific songs you do want played? Specific songs you do not want played?)

Dollar Dance?
